Philosophy
Weaver and Company takes a very simple approach to business. We do our job as if you were watching us every step of the way. We manufacture our products in a clean, state-of-the-art facility that we own, operate and control. We only use the best possible equipment, we never cut corners—and we continually strive to get better every day. It’s the least we can do for our loyal customers who’ve come to expect the very best from us.
Precise In-house manufacturing
We know precisely how we want our products manufactured, so we do it ourselves to make sure it’s done to our exacting standards. We check everything - from beginning to end of our manufacturing process. We check the certificates of analysis of each and every component against the specifications of the raw materials coming in at the front end of our operation. We take samples from every batch of product we manufacture and carry out performance tests to ensure they meet our specifications, so you can be sure they will work for you.
Continuous Improvement
As worldwide demand for our products grow, what we demand from ourselves grows too. That’s why we constantly seek ways to improve our equipment and methodologies. When we consider our approach to business we don’t just think about what we’re required to do, we think about what our customers would expect us to do—and then we endeavor to do more.
Education Programs
Weaver and Company’s approach to business is exemplified by the passion we feel for financially supporting education programs through various professional organizations. We have been an Advocate Corporate Sponsor of the American Society of Electroneurodiagnostic Technologists (ASET) since its corporate sponsorship program was established.
We are also proud to sponsor Patti Baumgartner, BA, R.EEG/EP T., CNIM as a guest lecturer at many regional and U.S. meetings. Ms. Baumgartner is an outstanding professional in her field who has been recognized by the ASET with the Theda Sannit Outstanding Educator Award.
Weaver and Company is registered with the FDA as a medical device manufacturer.
Thank you.
