Customized Dealer shipping boxes
We have resized the dealer shipping boxes to eliminate excessive space, reduce the amount of packaging material used, and provide a structurally stronger package.
The advantages to distributors are reduced risk of product damage and less paper waste disposal. Those distributors who hold inventory in the shipping boxes will also benefit from reduced space requirements as the new boxes are approximately 25% smaller. For our larger distributors, in some cases there will also be a reduction in the number of pallets per order you receive as we can fit more boxes to each pallet.
The box size change also allowed us to reduce the amount of Pad Pak packaging paper by as much as 75%, saving waste and doing our bit to protect the environment. The customized boxes started to reach distributors in August 2010.
We also have some new artwork planned for the boxes which will enable distributors who store our products in the shipping boxes to more easily identify the exact product the box contains. The shipping boxes with new artwork should be in distributor warehouses December 2010/January 2011.
Same Day shipping
Thanks to the manufacturing process improvements we have made, we are now in a position to ship the Same Day your order is received at no additional charge. All you have to do is place your order with us by phone, fax or email by 12 noon Mountain Time and we will ensure it ships the same day. Again there are no additional charges for this new service.
Updated website – improved forms and email order placement
We have again improved the look and feel of our web site and particularly the instructions and forms we provide to register to become a new customer, and place an order. The forms can be filled in right on your computer and emailed directly to the relevant department here at Weaver and Company for immediate processing. No more printing, handwriting and faxing - it can now all be done directly from your workstation.
